hosting for the holidays

Happy Holidays! I love this time of year and I’m so thrilled to be hosting my very first Holiday Wreath arranging workshop with my good friend Lena Pham from Lena’s Floral Designs as a way to bring some of my close network together and do something positive for our mental health while giving back to charity! I’m proud to be hosting this event at Brazen Head Pub in Liberty Village in Toronto.

I’ve put this event series together because I’ve been on a long battle and journey with my health, and after stepping down from my business to focus on my health and entering a slow-paced lifestyle, I’m now finding a slow groove. This series of events is a way for me to bring some of my close friends together, reconnect and catch up, do something positive for our mental health, and give back to charity over the holidays.

A portion of proceeds from these event will go to Jack.org. Jack.org is Canada's only charity training and empowering young leaders to revolutionize mental health in every province and territory. They do this through three globally-recognized programs: talks, chapters and summits. And I believe that if we support the youth and provide them with the mental health tools they need and community support, that we will have a more resilient community in the future.

It’s important for me to give back to charity, this is personal to me, I believe that Jack.org provides the tools that I was missing in my past and that I’m focusing on building and learning today. If you want to learn more or support this cause you can donate here.

These events are centered around wellness, kindness, coziness and connection.

Lena will guide us through how to make our own holiday statement wreaths that we will each take home!

This series of events in a meaningful way for us to slow down together and share some of my favourite wellness brands! I’m thrilled to have partners like Shine Health, Blume, Four Sigmatic, 5 Minute Journal, and Nulink who are supporting our events!

You can watch on social media for event highlights and I'll be sure to let you know how much we raised for charity so stay tuned. Thank you so much to the partners who helped make this event possible!

If you want to know more about this event, sponsor an upcoming event, or host an upcoming series, please send me a note here so we can connect.
