I put this event together because I’ve been on a long battle and journey with my health after stepping down from my business.

You know how ‘they’ say, "you have to go through it, to grow through it". Well I've realized that in my life, I have cycles of burnout.

I wear armour to protect myself, in this case in the form of humour. I’m the first one to laugh at myself so the entire room will laugh.
